1960s floral wrap skirt with pockets, appears handmade (and done well at that!)

This skirt is designed in a way to accommodate a range of sizes. Modeled on a 28" waist, I would say that the max waist for this skirt would be 30" to ensure proper overlap of fabric in the back.
