Patchwork Skirt (XS)

I wish I understood how this 60s patchwork skirt fastened so that it could be modeled but I can't seam to figure it out lol. It appears it's supposed to be a wrap skirt that's adjustable. It's 35" long. If the buttons and supposed to work the way they appear it would be for someone in the XS sizing. Could also alter this to fit your way!
